Arup Head Office, Dublin

Project overview

The project involved the refurbishment and reconfiguration of 1,300sqm of high-end commercial office space for Arup Headquarters at 50 Ringsend Road, Dublin. The multi-phased renovation revitalised the reception, front-of-house facilities, staff café, conferencing areas, and introduced new flexible working and breakout spaces, all delivered while maintaining full client functionality on site.

Key interventions included a replanned reception within the original art deco building, featuring bespoke joinery, integrated lighting and acoustic elements, alongside a reimagined staff café designed to improve acoustics, lighting and social connectivity. Level 1 was transformed into a flexible working environment with meeting booths, phone booths, shared workspaces and a dedicated Virtual Reality room, supporting a wide range of working styles from formal client meetings to informal collaboration.
